Keurig Dr Pepper Sourcing Activation Analyst in Frisco, Texas
The Sourcing Activation Analyst is responsible for providing analytical, project management, and tactical executions support to create a reliable and flexible supplier network with an overall lower cost structure and improved efficiency. The Analyst works cross-functionally and supports efforts to integrate category strategies with related activities in the Supply Chain functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, and Distribution. As a member of the Procurement team, the Analyst’s role includes to collaborating with procurement category managers to help facilitate key components of category strategies and process improvements resulting in improved supplier quality and service performance.
What you will do:
Quality & Service
Support efforts with the US Refreshment Beverages (USRB) Operations Team to advance the goals of the USRB Business Unit including assist in the delivery of Right Materials Right Place Right Time and to participate in the execution of improvement projects across the Supply Chain.
Assist in driving process and reporting improvements resulting in an efficient and effective Supplier Claims process, leveraging technology, and connecting sites/users of the goods and services, with AP team.
Partners with cross functional teams to monitor and resolve issues around freight, import, and warehousing operations.
Collaborate with the supplier quality team, category leads, and manufacturing to reduce non-conformance incidents, resolve outstanding claims, and improve fulfillment rates.
Provides support to in-bound leads at each manufacturing facility to secure on-time deliveries by suppliers while solidifying lead times.
Partner with supply chain team to eliminate waste in PO processing along with goods receipt practices.
Partner with cross functional teams to monitor and resolve issues around freight, import, and warehousing operations.
Working Capital/Productivity
Support vendor inventory management and supplier capacity planning in close collaboration with materials planning and category leads.
Monitor MOQs and Procurement/Supplier related inventory policies (ie VMI) to optimize inventory and minimize obsolescence at our KDP as well as suppliers’ sites.
Helps resolve invoicing issues and enable payment terms.
Other
Provides ad hoc support to Category Leads as assigned.
Collaborate with Category Leads and Supply Chain personnel to ensure effective Category Strategy integration through KDP’s supply chain.
Utilizes procurement tools including SAP, Ariba, Celonis, Cognos, and Kargoo Systems.
Identifies trends and improves procurement process and procedures and serves as SME for extended team.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
Follow all KDP policies and procedures.
