Batcher I

The Batcher I is responsible for preparing and mixing appropriate ingredients required to produce finished syrup for KDP’s line of beverages while maintaining KDP’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in complying with and understanding the manufacturing processes to lead in the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position available on multiple shifts (see shift options below). Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.

1st shift: 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday-Friday

2nd shift 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday-Friday

3rd shift 9:30pm to 6:00am, Monday-Friday

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times

  • Understand and help drive improvements to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices. and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)

  • Collaborate with production team members to maintain continuous flow of syrup to the lines

  • Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches.

  • Learn to safely and efficiently operate batching equipment including set up, operation, and sanitization

  • Ensure food safety through quality checks and accurate record keeping

  • Inventory and control ingredients and receive sugar

  • Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas
