If you're a creative thinker with a passion for both design and caffeination, you'll love the work we do. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in concepting and producing designs for our website, app, and marketing channels, including email, social media, and video. Collaborating closely with merchandisers, marketers, and brand teams, you'll develop exceptional visual content that resonates with our customers across various touchpoints.

You’ve always been a passionate, resourceful, adaptive, highly creative, and intelligent designer who is ready to work and learn in a collaborative team environment. Your portfolio should exhibit top-notch design strategy and execution, and an understanding of how creative work can support business needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging campaigns that include emails, landing pages, social assets, in-app surfaces, and more
Generate big ideas and designs that wow, are innovative, on-brand, on trend and can translate across marketing communications
Execute work that is engaging, data driven, and aligns with our brand’s aesthetic, standards, and needs
Provide art direction to our CGI agency to elevate on-brand creative that aligns with the brand's creative vision
Partner with cross-functional team members to address business needs and find creative ways to meet them.
Present work and advocate for creative choices with stakeholders across the organization
