Keurig Dr Pepper Procurement Activation Manager in Burlington, Massachusetts
Manager, Procurement Activation: The Manager, Procurement Activation is responsible for providing analytical, project management, and tactical execution support to create a reliable and flexible supplier network with an overall lower cost structure and improved efficiency. The Manager works cross-functionally and supports efforts to integrate category strategies with Supply Chain functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, and Distribution. As a member of the Procurement Activation team, the Manager’s role is to collaborate with procurement category managers to activate key components of category strategies and process improvements resulting in improved supplier quality and service performance.
What you will do:
Lead strategic efforts, internally and externally, to improve supplier service and material availability
Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and sourcing managers, to reduce non-conformance incidents, and improve fulfillment rates
Serve as an escalation point for manufacturing and planning within the Material Service Alert (MSA) process to secure on-time deliveries
Partner with planning, manufacturing, and continuous improvement teams, to eliminate waste in PO processing and goods receipt processes
Develop inventory monitoring and capacity assessment tools to proactive identify risk
Evaluate procure-to-pay transactional trends and lead process improvement initiatives to address root causes
Support invoice reconciliation and resolution
Support vendor inventory management in close collaboration with materials planning and sourcing managers
Utilizes procurement tools including SAP, Ariba, Celonis, Cognos, to interact with data and extrapolate insights
Serve as direct materials procure-to-pay process subject matter expert
Follow all KDP policies and procedures
